Packaging Engineer Laundry Care MEA

What you’ll do

• Support the development of new packaging solutions from concept through implementation, ensuring performance, quality, cost, and sustainability objectives are met.
• Assist in packaging development projects by coordinating testing, material evaluations, and documentation.
• Contribute to achieving circular economy and sustainability targets through innovative packaging solutions.
• Support compliance with corporate Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) standards, policies, and procedures.
• Assist in evaluating packaging designs to ensure compliance with international recycling, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Manufacturing to support new product launches and packaging innovations.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to optimize packaging performance and manufacturing efficiency.
