Packaging Engineer I: Design & Optimize Global Packaging

Resideo seeks a packaging engineer to design, test, document and implement packaging for its products. You will collaborate with marketing, project managers, operations, logistics, customers, and suppliers to create innovative designs that reflect the voice of the customer.

The role focuses on developing packaging structures, validating components, driving cost savings, and leading cross‑functional packaging projects end‑to‑end, including sustainability improvements and required testing.
