About the Role We are looking for an OutSystems Tech Lead (OutSystems 11 & ODC) with strong architectural vision and hands‑on expertise to lead the delivery of enterprise‑grade applications and guide teams in best practices, innovation, and maintainability. High English level is required.

Key Responsibilities

Define and review solution architectures for OutSystems applications

Ensure compliance with architectural standards and development best practices

Design process‑driven and case‑driven solutions using BPT and CMF

Guide development teams on architecture, design decisions, and implementation approaches

Establish and enforce coding standards and development guidelines

Perform architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical risk assessments

Identify and resolve technical debt, anti‑patterns, scalability issues, and performance bottlenecks
