Outside Sales Representative (CSR)

Vitan Equipment is hiring an Outside Sales Representative (CSR) to drive service contract sales and deliver exceptional service in the material handling industry.

Focused on forklifts and our vertical product lines, you’ll grow new business, manage key accounts, and provide tailored, consultative solutions.

What You’ll Do Outside Sales focus:

• Sell service contracts and coverage for forklifts and vertical products to new and existing customers in your territory.


• Prospect, close opportunities, and manage renewals; upsell preventive maintenance, extended warranties, emergency service, and remote monitoring.
• Lead account reviews, need assessments, and solution-based proposals using the company CRM.
• Coordinate orders, service scheduling, maintenance visits, and delivery; ensure a seamless customer experience.
