Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and recruit creators, influencers, affiliates, and partners
- Negotiate partnership terms, contracts, deliverables, and compensation models
- Develop creative briefs and review partner content for brand alignment
- Track and analyze campaign performance, reach, engagement, and ROI
- Stay current on influencer marketing trends and competitor activity
Requirements
- Strong outreach and partnership development skills
- Experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing external partnerships
- Knowledge of affiliate, performance partnership, and influencer marketing
- Expertise in social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Podcasts)
- Technical aptitude to communicate product features and use cases
- Proficiency in project management and performance analytics
- Excellent written and spoken English
