Stream Healthcare is recruiting for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a growing NDIS service as the first Occupational Therapist on the team. This is a unique opportunity to step into a lead clinical role, contribute to service development, and help shape allied health delivery across Sydney and Dubbo!

About the Role:

This role delivers NDIS supports to both paediatric and adult participants through community-based and outreach services.

You will have flexibility in how you structure your working week across locations, with options including:

• 1 week in Dubbo / 1 week in Sydney
• 3 days in Sydney / 2 days in Dubbo (vice versa) 
• Option for telehealth at times depending on clients.
