Outpatient Pharmacist: Patient Care & Counseling

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is looking for a pharmacist responsible for providing pharmaceutical care at an outpatient pharmacy. The role involves counselling and dispensing medication and educating patients and healthcare workers about medication use.

Candidates should hold a degree in Pharmacy recognized by the Singapore Pharmacy Board, and relevant hospital experience is advantageous but not required, as on-the-job training will be provided.
