Outpatient Nurse (RN)

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Tebow CURE Children’s Hospital Nurse manages the care of the patients in collaboration with the medical team, who undergo Orthopedic and Reconstructive surgeries.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting the doctors in patient hospitalization
• Investigate and screen cases to confirm whether hospitalization is required
• Provide effective treatment on an ambulatory basis
• Provide follow-up care to discharged patients and their rehabilitation
• Control and surveillance of communicable diseases to prevent an outbreak of pandemic
• Coordination with other departments for a good flow of work
• Communicating with the patients about the disease and the purpose of the treatment
• Respond to the doubts and questions raised by the Patients in a clear and understandable manner.
