Outlet Manager

• Manage daily outlet operations and ensure service excellence.
• Lead, train, and supervise outlet staff.
• Monitor sales, inventory, and operational costs.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, safety, and company standards.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate outlet records.

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality, F&B, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in F&B operations, with supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
