Outlet Manager – Cafe Operations

We are looking for a café manager to oversee daily operations and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cafe operations, dine‑in, takeaway, delivery, and car service.
• Support barista operations and customer service.
• Increase daily sales and customer traffic.
• Manage delivery platforms such as Talabat, Deliveroo, Noon, and Careem.
• Handle staff scheduling, training, and inventory control.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
• Manage social media promotions and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in café/restaurant operations.
• Barista experience is mandatory.
• Strong leadership and sales‑driven mindset.
• Knowledge of delivery platforms & basic social media marketing.
• Hands‑on, proactive, and customer‑focused attitude.
