We are looking for a café manager to oversee daily operations and drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily cafe operations, dine‑in, takeaway, delivery, and car service.
- Support barista operations and customer service.
- Increase daily sales and customer traffic.
- Manage delivery platforms such as Talabat, Deliveroo, Noon, and Careem.
- Handle staff scheduling, training, and inventory control.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
- Manage social media promotions and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years experience in café/restaurant operations.
- Barista experience is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and sales‑driven mindset.
- Knowledge of delivery platforms & basic social media marketing.
- Hands‑on, proactive, and customer‑focused attitude.
