Operations Management
- Oversee daily FOH and BOH operations, ensuring smooth service during both dining and nightlife hours.
- Manage opening and closing procedures, ensuring adherence to SOPs.
- Ensure optimal manpower deployment across shifts (service crew, bar, kitchen, security, hosts).
- Maintain service quality standards and ensure consistent guest experience.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor outlet staff including supervisors and team leads.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance.
- Conduct training and onboarding for new hires (service standards, SOPs, compliance).
- Handle staff disciplinary matters, grievances, and performance reviews.
