We’re looking for an experienced Outfitting Manager to take ownership of outfitting activities across maritime vessels and heavy engineering projects. This is a key leadership role overseeing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage engineers, supervisors, and skilled trades teams
• Plan, coordinate, and drive outfitting activities against project schedules
• Oversee installation of mechanical, electrical, piping, HVAC, and interior systems
