Outbound sales team leader (tracking– bpo)

Lead with purpose, support your agents, and make a measurable impact in a campaign that matters. What You Will Be Doing

Lead from the front - Motivate, coach and manage a team of outbound agents to consistently achieve daily and monthly targets.

Monitor and improve - Track KPIs, listen to calls, and implement performance improvement plans where needed.

Coach for excellence - Provide side-by-side coaching, roleplays, and daily feedback to upskill agents and enhance client experience.
