Outbound Sales Executive (Cancún)

Location: Cancun

Accountabilities:

• Contact hotel partners via outbound calls to promote and sell HBX products/services (Civifun or others). Manage leads, track interactions and follow up to close deals, contributing to sales targets.

• Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
• Sales-oriented mindset and aptitude
• Basic computer literacy
• Ability to learn and understand the features and benefits of the product/service being sold
• Professional telephony etiquette; ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during phone calls
• Ability to drive sales from interest to close deals
• Professional English and Spanish
