Outbound GTM Lead for Staffing & Recruitment

HireHawk is seeking an Outbound GTM Lead to build and optimize the outbound prospecting infrastructure. You will own Apollo workflows, list-building, and multichannel sequences, and work closely with SDRs and sales leaders to scale outbound growth.

The ideal candidate has staffing or recruitment outbound experience, is data-driven, and can operate independently to create scalable outbound playbooks and training materials.
