OTC Team Leader - Global Credit, Cash & Pricing

ARBEX in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced OTC Operations Lead to own multi-country execution of credit & collections, cash application, pricing, and trade promotions. You will manage customer master data, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement within the GBS framework.

You will lead a team, set daily targets, collaborate with commercial and finance teams, and recruit and coach colleagues to build OTC capabilities while maintaining strong internal and external relationships.
