Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will be pivotal in delivering HR functions that enhance employee engagement and streamline recruitment processes. As a detail-oriented professional, you will manage full-cycle recruitment, oversee Workday administration, and support payroll and benefits management to ensure a smooth experience for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee recruitment from job posting to offer letter
• Administer and support employee onboarding processes
• Maintain HRIS for accurate personnel records
• Assist with payroll processing and auditing tasks
• Facilitate HR communications and engagement strategies
Requirements:
• Associate’s degree; a Bachelor’s is preferred
• 3–5 years of HR experience required
• Experience with Workday is mandatory
