Orthopedist Position with Foundation Health

Foundation Health welcomes applications for an Orthopedist dedicated to delivering exceptional orthopedic care. This role focuses on collaboration to improve patient access to musculoskeletal services and outcomes.

As part of Foundation Health's specialist network, you will assess and manage a diverse range of orthopedic conditions. You'll work closely with family physicians and allied health professionals, creating tailored care plans and providing comprehensive consultations and follow-ups for patients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose a variety of musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions
• Conduct timely consultations and follow-up appointments
• Collaborate to develop coordinated patient care plans
• Analyze diagnostic imaging to guide treatment
• Keep thorough medical records in line with CPSO guidelines

Requirements:
• MD from an accredited institution
• FRCSC certification in Orthopedic Surgery
