Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible with the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery
• Licensed in Pennsylvania or IMLC
• Accredited Orthopedic Surgery Residency Required
• At least 100 general orthopedic procedures during the past 12 months (reflective of the scope of privileges requested) OR the demonstrated successful completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited residency or clinical fellowship within the past 12 months.
• Fellowship Preferred
• Credentialing Timeframe: 10 days
