**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our Orthopedic Trauma Advanced Practitioner, you will be a vital contributor to our Phoenix, Arizona-based healthcare team, delivering specialized acute orthopedic care for patients with diverse conditions. This Per Diem Orthopedic NP/PA role focuses on expert inpatient surgical management, encompassing comprehensive preoperative, perioperative, and postoperative care. Your expertise will be crucial in trauma care coordination and ensuring optimal patient outcomes within a fast-paced environment.

Every day you will actively participate in a rotating 24-hour first call schedule for the Orthopedic service, expertly first-assisting in orthopedic surgeries, and conducting thorough inpatient rounds.
