Join the University of Guelph as an Organizational Development Consultant, focused on fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture. This temporary full-time role seeks to elevate employee engagement through innovative learning solutions.
Reporting to the Director, you will engage with various faculties to address learning needs and design impactful development programs. Your role will be instrumental in coaching teams, supporting organizational change, and reinforcing a culture of well-being and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify department learning needs in collaboration
• Facilitate high-impact learning programs for staff
• Coach teams to drive positive organizational change
• Support university-wide onboarding and recognition efforts
• Utilize data to assess program effectiveness
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
• Master’s degree considered an asset
• 5–7 years in HR, learning, or organizational development
