create synergies inc. is seeking an experienced Organizational Development (OD) Manager to lead initiatives strengthening organizational capability, employee experience, and culture and performance improvements across the business.

The OD Manager will design and implement programs supporting organizational effectiveness, leadership development, change management, and talent development, partnering with senior leaders and HR to align structures and ways of working with strategy and long‑term
