- Design and implement the annual internal communications plan to ensure clear, consistent, and timely messaging aligned with the company's strategy and culture.
- Develop and lead initiatives that reinforce the company's values, desired behaviors, and organizational culture across all levels of the organization.
- Plan and execute engagement, recognition, and employee experience initiatives to foster a highly engaged and motivated workforce.
