Position Overview

Autodesk is looking for an Organization Effectiveness (OE) Consultant to help teams design, evolve, and operate more effectively. In this role, you will support organization design, transformation, and change initiatives by combining strong project management, analytical thinking, and emerging consulting skills. Working closely with senior OE practitioners, People Business Partners, and cross‑functional teams, you’ll help translate business priorities into practical organizational solutions such as clearer structures, roles, and ways of working. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing complex projects, solving organizational problems, and building a career in organization effectiveness or internal consulting. It is a full‑time position, reporting to our OE Director. It is a hybrid role based out of our Portland, Denver, Toronto, or Montreal office.
