About the opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced Organisational Readiness Specialist to lead HR business readiness communications for the implementation of compliance projects at the University. In this role, you will design and deliver communication strategies that support organisational preparedness, ensuring staff understand, adopt, and embed compliance requirements into practice.
You will play a key role in translating regulatory and policy requirements into clear, practical messaging, enabling leaders and teams to effectively implement change. Working closely with HR leaders and project teams, you will ensure communications are aligned with business readiness plans, support risk mitigation, and drive sustained compliance outcomes.
