Oregon Licensed Collaborative Care Psychiatric Consultant

Remotedxb seeks qualified clinicians to provide regular caseload consultations and oversee population health for assigned patients. You will recommend treatment adjustments, including medications, within 24 hours of consultation, and advise on care for more intensive cases.

Required are licensure as a Psychiatrist or PMHNP-BC, an active Oregon license, and CoCM experience. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
