ORDNANCE OPERATIONS MANAGER

Summary You will serve as an Ordnance Operations Manager in the Navy Munitions Command Pacific CONUS West Division of NMC CWD DET SEAL BEACH. Responsibilities You will serve as the Ordnance subject matter expert exercising full authority over all ordnance matters and civilian personnel relating to direct military policy or orders. You will manage and oversee Fleet Ordnance Support (FOS) , Missile and Underwater Weapons Departments. You will direct policy, procedural and operational changes to increase program effectiveness. You will establish command priorities, clarify responsibilities, develop teamwork, enhance communications, build customer relations establish strategic intense, eliminate duplication and resolve conflicts.
