- **Key responsibilities**:
- Assist deck officers and Bosun with daily deck work
- Carry out chipping, painting, cleaning and greasing jobs
- Handle mooring lines during berthing and unberthing
- Stand lookout and assist on bridge as required
- Support cargo and ballast operations as instructed
- Follow all safety procedures and use PPE correctly
- **Requirements**:
- Valid STCW basic safety training
- Ordinary Seaman seaman’s book / rating certificate as applicable
- Valid medical fitness certificate
- Experience on bulk carriers preferred
- Good English communication skills
- Team player with a strong safety mindset and willingness to learn
