CW Systems manages custom, made-to-order production through a network of contract manufacturers. Every order that comes through the door is different: different configurations, different drawings, different customer requirements. We’re looking for an Order Management Clerk who can sit at the centre of that process, catching problems before they reach the factory floor and keeping customers and manufacturers on the same page.

This is a detail-driven, communication-heavy role. You’ll spend your day reading drawings and specs, spotting what doesn’t add up, and talking to the people who can fix it, whether that’s a contract manufacturer or the customer themselves.
