Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 5:15pm

• Attend and follow up to phone/email enquiries
• Coordinating with respective stakeholders to answer customer clarifications
• Coordinating with customers on clarifications from stakeholders
• Sales coordination works such as sales order processing, customers’ purchase order and necessary documents
• Prepare timely quotations to customers
• Chasing for payment for aged invoices
• Expedite orders for timely delivery
• Provide timely status updates on deliverables to customers
• Arranging & Coordinating with drivers for collection and deliveries of orders
• Arrange deliveries for overseas shipments to customers
• Filing of documents
• Any other ad-hoc task given

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
