Order Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Order Management Specialist to support high-volume order processing, account management, and customer operations. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring accurate order entry and processing, maintaining data integrity, resolving order-related issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with SAP, EDI, order management processes, customer account support, and advanced Excel skills .
