Order Management Specialist vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Energy sector.

- Create and manage customer orders in SAP systems
- Track and follow up on each order and project throughout the process
- Send order acknowledgements to customers in a timely manner
- Monitor and resolve order issues and processing errors
- Ensure timely release of orders and fulfilment of pre-established standards
- Provide comprehensive order management services including quoting, processing, and dispatch support
- Experience with SAP systems would be advantageous
- Background in order management, customer service, or related field
- Understanding of order processing workflows and procedures
- Knowledge of customer relationship management principles
