Position: Order Management Specialist (After Sales Marketing)
Location: Tanjong Pagar
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.45pm

Salary:

• 1 year of relevant experience: Up to S$3,800
• 2 years of relevant experience: Up to S$4,200

• Manage Service Parts & Accessories orders and supply within and outside the Asia Pacific region.
• Ensure smooth order receipt, processing and fulfilment.
• Respond to distributor enquiries.
• Coordinate shipment arrangements with suppliers and freight forwarders.
• Prepare and handle shipping documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, etc.) to ensure smooth customs clearance.
• Process warranty claims, short/mispacking reports and logistics quality issues.
• Handle SAP payment processing for supplier and customer invoices.
