Oral Care Field Sales Supervisor

Colgate-Palmolive in Lima is seeking an Oral Care Consultant Supervisor to lead a team across a defined territory, coach, and drive sales growth. You will collaborate with KOLs, dental schools, hospitals, and key accounts; implement marketing plans; ensure coverage KPIs are met while achieving sales targets.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of sales experience (including 2+ years leading teams), own vehicle and driver's license, and English proficiency.
