Role Summary Responsible for acting as the Delivery Lead on Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects, providing direction as the subject matter expert. The Oracle HCM Delivery Lead will lead the project team members throughout the project lifecycle and ensure quality of work and deadlines are met. Responsible for working with the Cloud Implementation Project Manager to plan and schedule all functional and technical development activities to meet defined scope and milestones, while identifying and leading new business opportunities to grow our HCM practice.
