**MANTECH seeks** a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management Core Profile Specialist** to join our innovative team. This is a **REMOTE** position.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Architecting the foundational structural elements of the Oracle Fusion HCM global enterprise tenant.
+ Formulating the overarching design of the enterprise organizational structure, including complex job architectures and dynamic worker profile definitions.
+ Managing highly sensitive configurations related to global assignments, identity management integrations, and full employment lifecycle events.
+ Ensuring personnel and workforce data structures conform strictly to global data privacy regulations, including GDPR and CCPA.
