Higher Colleges of Technology seeks an ERP Consultant – HCM to support planning, configuration, and ongoing operation of Oracle Fusion HCM applications in the UAE. The role involves gathering HR requirements, leading workshops, and implementing modules such as Core HCM and Payroll, plus Time and Labor and more across multiple HR processes.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience, including three implementations.
