Confidential Company in Dubai is seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM consultant to analyze and implement HR, Payroll, Self‑Service, Recruiting, Learning and Performance modules using Fusion HCM and Oracle EBS.

You will gather requirements, translate them into technical specs, design functional solutions, develop OTBI reports, and collaborate with IT, vendors and stakeholders to ensure data quality, testing, and smooth system upgrades.
