Oracle Functional Consultant

Functional Assurance Lead serves as the customer‑side authority for Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Project Controls, Unifier, Cost OS, and cost management capabilities. The role ensures that Oracle Cloud solutions delivered by the implementation partner meet the Customer’s operating model, governance standards, business requirements, and long‑term sustainability goals.

This position operates independently from the Oracle implementation partner and all managed service providers, providing unbiased validation, challenge, and oversight to protect the Customer’s interests during the transformation journey.

• Protect the Customer’s business interests by independently assuring Oracle OPC, Unifier, PPM, and Cost OS solution designs, configurations, and proposed capabilities.
