As a Regional Manager, you’ll lead and inspire a portfolio of stores to deliver brilliant patient care, great customer experiences and strong commercial outcomes. You’ll work closely with store and clinical leaders to build capable, confident teams and ensure our clinical standards remain among the best in the industry.

Reporting to the Head of Territory, you’ll lead and inspire a high-performing regional team of Store Managers, Optometrists, Dispensing Opticians and Optical colleagues. You’ll set the tone—creating a culture where patient trust, clinical excellence and team pride are felt in every store, every day.
