Job Summary:

Responsible for the optical site with respect to overall patient satisfaction, optical sales, and weekly and monthly reporting. Performs all optician duties in addition to the lead responsibilities to ensure effective and efficient functioning of the clinic site.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conducts and/or participates in interdepartmental meetings.

Responsible for day-to-day transactions and ensures that inventory is kept up with respect to frame products, cases, cleaners, and all other sundry products. Purchases and manages on-site inventory.

Develops and maintains positive working relationships with the frame and lens vendor representatives and the wholesale lab representatives.
