This National Guard position is for a OPTICAL INSTRUMENT REPAIRER, Position Description Number D1211000 and is part of the ME CSMS, National Guard. Responsibilities This position is located in the Joint Forces Headquarters-State, Logistics Directorate (J-4), Surface Maintenance Facility. The primary purpose of this position is to perform maintenance, repair, and inspections on optical and non-optical precision instruments and related devices DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (1) Repairs, modifies, overhauls, inspects, troubleshoots, tests, adjusts, and cleans the optics and supporting mechanical and electrical elements of complex panoramic telescopes.
