Responsibilities
Cross Connects
•Coordinate and process cross-connect orders (intra- and inter-facility) to support network capacity growth•Validate cross-connect installations against design specifications and ensure proper labeling and documentation•Work with colocation providers and internal teams to resolve cross-connect discrepancies and installation issues•Track cross-connect order status and escalate delays as neededAsgardian Fallouts
•Investigate and remediate fallout tickets generated from Asgardian audits•Perform root cause analysis on discrepancies between physical infrastructure and system-of-record databases•Update records and coordinate with field teams to resolve cabling, patching, and connectivity inconsistencies•Drive fallout metrics toward zero through systematic resolution workflowsSpace & Power
