ABOUT THE ROLE
- Greet patients in a friendly and bright manner, promptly attending to their needs
- Manage appoint bookings and follow-up
- Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone and face-to-face
- Assisting frame selections and providing eyecare advice
- Maintain practice appearance and supplies
- 25-35 hours, flexible days, alternate Saturdays 8.30am – 12.30pm required
