Opiate Recovery Navigator

Change Grow Live is seeking a Recovery Coordinator based in Dewsbury to support opiate service users in a full-time permanent role. This position involves assessing service users' needs and ensuring timely access to interventions, while also managing care coordination and providing psychosocial support.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in substance misuse issues, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
