UPMC Vision Institute is hiring an Ophthalmic Imager to support our Tarentum location at 303 E. 10th Ave., Tarentum, PA 15084. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced ophthalmology practice and providing exceptional patient care. The Ophthalmic Imager is responsible for performing a variety of ophthalmic imaging procedures, maintaining accurate patient records, preparing patients for testing, and collaborating with providers to support quality patient outcomes. Typical hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with no weekends; however, employees may occasionally start as early as 7:00 a.m. or work until 5:00 p.m. when assigned opening or closing responsibilities, which are rotated among staff.
