Operator: Roaming (Bottling)

Origin Wine Stellenbosch is a production facility located on the Bottelary Road. We are looking for a experienced Operator to join our dynamic team.
Main Purpose
Improve immediate operator skill level on all three shifts
Assist with job shadowing for new potential operators
Improve plant efficiencies and limit machine downtime
Main Duties
Check dry goods used for each production run to ensure they are correct and meet specifications
Monitors bottling processes by physically checking at regular intervals that production is running smoothly, and employees are following correct operating procedures
Assist and train operators where they are experiencing process problems to avoid loss pf production.
Check and verifies that the relevant control documentation (production pack) is completed correctly, and that the product is being produced according to specifications.
Attends to processing problems promptly to ensure smooth flow of production lines.
