Operator: Roaming (Bottling)

Origin Wine Stellenbosch is a production facility located on the Bottelary Road. We are looking for a experienced Operator to join our dynamic team.

Main Purpose

• Improve immediate operator skill level on all three shifts
• Assist with job shadowing for new potential operators
• Improve plant efficiencies and limit machine downtime

Main Duties

• Check dry goods used for each production run to ensure they are correct and meet specifications
• Monitors bottling processes by physically checking at regular intervals that production is running smoothly, and employees are following correct operating procedures
• Assist and train operators where they are experiencing process problems to avoid loss pf production.
• Check and verifies that the relevant control documentation (production pack) is completed correctly, and that the product is being produced according to specifications.
