Novares is looking for its Manufacturing department future Operator (M/F), located in Puebla PB-PL.

Responsibilities

• Level 1
  • Ensure production complies with procedures.
  • Control quality: Raise quality alarms, ensure smooth work process, validate conformity between product and labels.
  • Ensure conformity and cleanliness of work area: clean stations, check conformity before starting production.
  • Help ensure correct operation of the Production Team: suggest improvements, develop versatility, participate in working groups and progress meetings, comply with company rules and 5S, assist others.
  • Pass on required information: attend team meetings, notify process leader or manager of faults or potential problems, ensure instructions communicated to next shift team.
