Operator Maintainer

The Role

Cockburn Cement is seeking a safety-focused and mechanically minded Fixed Plant Operator to join our operations team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a fixed continuous production plant, converting Quicklime through a hydration process into finished Milk of Lime product. You will play an important role in maintaining product quality, meeting customer requirements and ensuring production runs safely, efficiently and to specification.

This opportunity would suit someone with hands-on experience in fixed production, batching plant or heavy industrial operations, along with the ability to assist with basic mechanical repairs and troubleshooting.

You will be joining a small, supportive and experienced team where safety, reliability and teamwork are highly valued.
